• By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product description and all product requirements and prerequisites, and therefore agree with this Refund Policy.
• By using the product you accept the following product license agreement.
• The License Agreement for the product is granted only to a single user. It’s permitted to use it on up to three (3) separate computers owned and used by you exclusively.
• You cannot transfer, donate or sell this product and any of it components to a third party.
• You cannot upload this product, or any of the sounds and samples on it to any server.
• All samples, sounds and any components of the products can NOT be used for making other Sample Libraries.
• All samples, sounds and any components in this product are licensed by Sketch Samples Sound Production for commercial and non commercial use.
• All samples and sounds  in this product can be used in any type of music production, video post-production, broadcast, theatre, musicals, computer games or similar finished content creation and production use.
• Neither the producer, Sketch Samples, nor any distributor of Sketch Samples products can be held responsible for any direct or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this product in whatever form.
